What claim-related information can you provide?
After the homeowner files a claim, we can inspect and photograph visible conditions, prepare a contractor scope and estimate, meet the insurer's adjuster at the property, and provide additional construction documentation when job-scope items are identified. We keep the homeowner informed about our construction communications.
Wheeler Construction is a roofing contractor, not a public adjuster. We do not interpret policies, determine coverage, negotiate settlements, or guarantee approval or payment. When claim representation is needed beyond our contractor role, the homeowner should consult a properly licensed public adjuster or attorney.
